If after moving in after 3 months the water heater blows up then easyhouses will fix this at their expense. If electrical power points stop working in 9 months then easy houses will fix at their expense.
If your building is more than 7 years old the original builder’s structural warranty will have expired so easyhouses will pay if one night 3 years after you have moved in a 3” crack appears in the bedroom wall.

Easyhouses Unique Guarantee is that it will fix any unforeseen building faults in any house that it has sold for a period of up to 5 years at Easyhouses Expense.
This guarantee does not cover known problems disclosed at purchase point, failure to carry out routine maintenance, malicious damage or traditional insurance items such as storm damage.
