What kinds of houses do you sell ?
We sell homes in any condition.....ugly houses...beautiful houses...loved & unloved, homes that need a little work? or a lot of work? We sell it. In fact, most homes we sell need some work. Just let us know what type of house & price range you want to buy in.

Are the employees of Easy Houses realtors ?
We are not realtors. We are real estate professionals who, together, have been working in & with real estate for years. We are very involved with real estate solutions, which allows us to help in many ways that your typical real estate agent doesn't Because we do not perform the services of a real estate agent or pretend to, we do not charge you fees or commissions of any kind.

Where do you sell property ?
We currently sell property in the Sydney metro region & surrounds. While we plan to service many more states in the coming months we currently only serve those areas. However, if you wish to purchase a pre-financed property in an area outside of our area of operation, please let us know and we will be able to contact a company in our network that will be happy to assist you.

Am I obligated to use your service once I fill out your form ?
You have no obligation at all if you submit an information form. Once you have registered your interest in a particular type of property, price range & locality you will be informed from time to time of properties matching this criteria.It is purely your decision then to elect to go forward if you so desire.

How does the Express Home Purchasing Work ?
You fill out an information page on this web site detailing the type of house you would like to purchase pre-financed. We will then establish a payment level that you are comfortable with. [Rule of thumb 35% of gross purchaserís income] You will be then categorized on our data base & periodically informed of house availability by SMS or email (Tip: You will want to be pretty quick as these houses go off fast).

Do you charge fees to sell me a house ?
There is absolutely no fee to the home purchaser when working with Easy Houses. You will never be charged anything for our services.

How do you know I can afford your house ?
Well we ask you! We ask for details of income, assets etc check out a few references & apply a rule of thumb of about 35% of gross income of purchasers (eg: if couple add incomes together x 35%) If you feel affordability of house is still a bit beyond you add in a friend or cash equity of a parent to reduce payments. A little imagination can go a long way.

Can you really sell me a house today that I can move into tomorrow ?
If you have the deposit & ability to sign off the paper work today then I will give you the keys to move in tomorrow. You donít have to wait 6 weeks as in a traditional purchase but you may wish to take a few days to get in house & yard cleaners first. register
